All of our rooms have a view overlooking Provincetown Harbor or lively Commercial Street. Guest rooms are available with either one queen bed, one king bed, or two double beds. The Boatslip also offers a heated pool and all the Cape Cod hotel amenities that you'd expect for a fun and enjoyable getaway in Provincetown, MA.

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are pleased to announce that all of our guestrooms are now air conditioned.
A 50% deposit is required for reservations. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days from date of arrival constitute forfeiture of deposit. A service charge of 10% of your deposit will be charged for reservations cancelled more than 15 days from date of arrival. Packages may require non-refundable payment in full upon making reservation. All deposits for theme and holiday weeks are non-refundable.
Rates do not include state and local tax. Rates are for one or two people per room. There is a maximum number of four people per room in rooms with two beds and a maximum number of two people per room for rooms with one bed. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person, per
night for each additional guest.
Minimum Hotel Stays - All deposits are non-refundable for below holiday and theme weeks.
- MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: May 27th thru May 31st 3 night minimum
- JULY 4th WEEK: July 2nd thru July 5th 5 night minimum
- BEAR WEEK: July 10th thru July 17th 4 night minimum
- CARNIVAL WEEK: August 14th thru August 21st 6 night minimum
- LABOR DAY WEEKEND: September 2nd thru September 6th 3 night minimum
All minimum night stays and other restrictions are subject to change without notice. Please contact the reservation office for the most current information. Special Events and Holidays may require an additional deposit. Changes and cancellations must be complete 15 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid forfeiture of this deposit.
Discounted rates available Sunday through Thursday - Two night minimum reservation is required - subject to availability - not available during special events or holidays.
