When the Boatslip Resort reopens in May for the 2008 season, hotel guests will rediscover everything there is to love about Provincetown. All of our rooms have a view overlooking Provincetown Harbor or the lively streets of P’town. Rooms are available with either one queen bed, one king bed, or two double beds. The Boatslip also offers a pool and all the Cape Cod hotel amenities that you’d expect for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Provincetown, MA.

Discounted rates available Sunday through Thursday - Two night minimum reservation is required - subject to availability - not available during special events or holidays.
A 50% deposit is required for reservations. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days from date of arrival constitute forfeiture of deposit. A service charge of 10% of your deposit will be charged for reservations cancelled more than 15 days from date of arrival. Packages may require non-refundable payment in full upon making reservation
Rates do not include state and local tax. Rates are for one or two people per room. There is a maximum number of four people per room in rooms with two beds and a maximum number of two people per room for rooms with one bed. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per person, per night for each additional guest.
Minimum Hotel Stays
- MEMORIAL DAY: 3 night minimum
- JULY 4th: 3 night minimum
- CARNIVAL WEEK: 7 night minimum
- LABOR DAY: 3 night minimum
All minimum nights stays and other restrictions are subject to change without notice. Please contact the reservation office for the most current information. Special Events and Holidays may require an additional deposit. Changes and cancellations must be complete 15 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid forfeiture of this deposit.
